Measurements

We make the blinds to your exact measurements.

We recommend that you deduct at least 1.5cm for clearance on the width if the blinds are going inside a window recess. Please also note that made to measure blinds are made within a 5mm manufactures tolerance.

Take measurements at the narrowest point on the width (you may have tiles on the bottom half of your window recess) then deduct for clearance.

Made to measure blinds

A product which requires the exact width to be typed in the box is 'Made-to-Measure' and cannot be returned under our normal terms and conditions.

The width of your blind will include the fixing brackets and operating mechanosm. The actual canvas width could be upto 5cm narrower than the overall size requested. However the overall size will be as selected inclusive of the mechanisms and brackets.

Colour

The blind colours are represented the best they can on your screen. If the exact colour of the blind is important please request a sample by clicking on the 'Send me a free sample' link above. Our wooden blinds are made from a natural product and slight colour variations in the wood grain may occur.

Blind Width

The widths stated above include the fixing brackets and operating mechanism. The actual canvas width could be up to 5cm shorter than the overall size specified. However the overall size will be as selected inclusive of the mechanisms and brackets.

Delivery

We cannot give you a specific delivery day or time. Above we give the estimated number of working days between ordering and the delivery of your items. We do give you the option of delivery to an alternative address if think you may not be able to stay in.

We recommend that you do not book a tradesperson to fit your blinds until your blinds have actually arrived. We cannot be held responsible for any cancellation or rebooking fees imposed by persons fitting your blinds.
