Important Notes

Make sure you have deducted at least 1.5cm for clearance on the width if the blinds are going inside a window recess. Take measurements at the narrowest point on the width (you may have tiles on the bottom half of your window recess) then deduct for clearance.

A product which requires the exact width to be typed in the box is 'Made-to-Measure' and cannot be returned under our normal terms and conditions.

Matching pelmet valance - The pelmet has been left long enough so it can be used to cover the metal head rail. This means that the pelmet will need cutting down. This can easily be done with a fine wood saw or hack saw.

The blind colours are represented the best they can on your screen. If the exact colour of the blind is important please request a sample by clicking on the 'Send me a free sample' link above. Our wooden blinds are made from a natural product and slight colour variations in the wood grain may occur.

We cannot give you a specific delivery day or time. Above we give the estimated number of working days between ordering and the delivery of your items. We do give you the option of delivery to an alternative address if think you may not be able to stay in.

We recommend that you do not book a tradesperson to fit your blinds until your blinds have actually arrived. We cannot be held responsible for any cancellation or rebooking fees imposed by persons fitting your blinds.
