Important Notes

We make the blind widths to your exact measurements. Make sure you have deducted at least 1.5cm for clearance on the width if the blinds are going inside a window recess. Please also note that made to measure blinds are made within a 5mm manufactures tolerance.
Take measurements at the narrowest point on the width (you may have tiles on the bottom half of your window recess) then deduct for clearance.
Blinds are supplied to your specific width by trimming both sides. The nature of this product means that the sides cannot be laser straight and can vary up to 5mm down the length.

The blinds come in two standard lengths 160cm and 220cm. If your measurements are between these lengths then the cord lock will be used to stop the blind at the bottom of your window. There will be folds at the bottom of the blind but this is a feature of Roman blinds.

A product which requires the exact width to be typed in the box is 'Made-to-Measure' and cannot be returned under our normal terms and conditions.

As with all natural wood products, variations in grain, texture and shade, along with some slight warpage may occur. These are a natural characteristic of real wood blinds and we cannot accept returns based on any of the above.

Once fitted the blinds will pull up to the following depths:-
Blind Drop up to 160cm - Approximate stacking depth 32cm
Blind Drop up to 220cm - Approximate stacking depth 37cm

The blinds are easily fitted using universal brackets which can be face fixed to the window or wall or top fixed. All necessary brackets and fittings are included. Controls are assembled with the lift cords on the right side. We cannot change the side at which the controls are.

The blind colours are represented the best they can on your screen. If the exact colour of the blind is important please request a sample by clicking on the 'Send me a free sample' link above. Our wooden blinds are made from a natural product and slight colour variations in the wood grain may occur.

The widths stated above include the fixing brackets and operating mechanism. The actual canvas width could be up to 5cm shorter than the overall size specified. However the overall size will be as selected inclusive of the mechanisms and brackets.

We cannot give you a specific delivery day or time. Above we give the estimated number of working days between ordering and the delivery of your items. We do give you the option of delivery to an alternative address if think you may not be able to stay in.

We recommend that you do not book a tradesperson to fit your blinds until your blinds have actually arrived. We cannot be held responsible for any cancellation or rebooking fees imposed by persons fitting your blinds.
